Catherine, Thank you for your email and I would like to let you know that I am actually taking delivery of the Town & Country that I inquired about this afternoon. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge that Charlie had regarding the vehicle. We had been to several places and most of the people we talked to were very obviously not educated about the features, etc of the mini-vans we were looking at. Both my wife and I were extremely satisfied that Charlie was able to answer all of our questions and point out several features that we hadn't known about. The entire experience was extremely positive and, while I would have liked to received more for my trade-in (who wouldn't?), I believe that we made a fair deal. I had previously reviewed this dealership and am happy to report that my opinion of them has changed. After a not so stellar service/auto body experience, which I reported about on dealerrater.com, Zimmer contacted us and wanted to hear our concerns. My husband talked with Catherine Zimmer (one of the owners) and Lee Fogel in Public Relations yesterday and I received a call from Lee as well this morning. I am happy to report that they showed extreme concern with our experience at their dealership and were truly gracious in wanting to make things right. They listened and they were understanding. They proved that lack of communication can be overcome and they are willing to win our business back.Thank you for taking care of us. We will now be happy to continue giving them our business and recommending them to friends.
I was involved in a minor accident involving a Deer hit-and-run! The deer ran into the side of my car and distroyed my drivers side mirror. I was in a panic as it is so difficult to merge or change lanes without a mirror. I stopped at the Zimmer dealership and attempted to get a replacement mirror. Unfortunately, they did not have one in stock but the order was placed. Dann Preston also went that extra mile and found a temporary mirror that I could use until the new one arrived. I can not express how grateful I was for his assistance as he was not required to go over and above the call of duty. Thank you for having Dann Preston on your staff.

I came in to have a keyless entry remote/key programmed for my 2007 Jeep Commander.I called ahead to find out a price and was surprised to learn that the price was cheaper when I paid for it than the price that I was quoted.I had my 2 small children with me and while I was waiting, Bryan Marsh came over to make balloon animals for my children.Then Dann Preston came over to give my children some animal crackers.I was really impressed with the exceptional service that I received.
Rich Zimmer was friendly right from the moment I walked through the doors. I explained the accident and asked for a quote. After I received the quote, I told them I would give them the business after I heard from the other insurance company and about a week later, I called and set up the repairs and two weeks later, I picked up my car and it looked brand spanking new, like when I purchased it. I have brought my car to Zimmer Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram for all aspects of repair and have never been unhappy with the results.
Greeted with a smile,service was very fast. They called to report the vehicle was ready, all within a hour. They also offered to take me to the mall.It doesn,t get any better than this. I'll never take my Caravan any where else. Thanks Nancy
